Specification change: Measures taken to prevent interruption of sound when an "OHCI USB Controller" is connected.

The problem of the sound of the speakers being interrupted or cracked by the microphone when the computer's USB controller is an "OHCI USB Controller" has been corrected.

Added function: Addition of menus in Chinese Menus in Chinese have been added.
