The problem of the sound of the speakers being interrupted or cracked by the microphone when the computer's USB controller is an "OHCI USB Controller" has been corrected.
When connected via USB, the volume can now be adjusted from the sound and audio device properties in the Windows control panel.
The blue microphone indicator LED now blinks to make it easier to identify muting of the microphone. Previously, the LED would simply go out when the microphone was muted.
For details, see “Changes to Specifications.”
By lowering the output level (using Fine volume adjuster -> Audio output), it is also possible to connect to the PC’s microphone input terminal with an audio cable. When connecting an audio cable to the PC’s microphone input terminal, set the audio output to a value from -6 dB to -12dB.
